President 

Majid is a successful social entrepreneur with businesses across several sectors. He is best known for his award-winning consumer product brand, Alili Morocco. He holds an MSc in Sports Business from New York University and a BSc from Boston University.

Imad Izemrane

Founding Board Member 

Imad was born in Rabat, Morocco and raised in the Netherlands. After graduating and working as a Civil Engineer in The Hague, he moved to the United States in 2004. Imad is Co-Founder & President of Spring Place, a collaborative workspace and membership club catering to a global community in the business of contemporary culture. Imad is a passionate philanthropist who has experienced firsthand the power of combining quality education and sport. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

WILLIAM SMITH

Executive Director, LEAD Africa 

Will is a social entrepreneur and the Executive Director of LEAD. In 2015, Will co-founded LEAD’s inaugural academy, LEAD Monrovia Football Academy, in Liberia. Today, he is working to expand its model across the continent. Will has consulted for sport for social change organizations across the world. He holds an MSc in African Studies from Oxford University, BA in Government and French from the College of William & Mary, and a degree in social entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University. He is one of 40 members of the Barça Foundation and UNICEF’s Working Group on Sport for Development.

NAJAH EL IDRISSI

Executive Director

Soufiane has worked with domestic and international NGOs to promote entrepreneurship, and he has launched two successful entrepreneurial ventures. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. During his 4 years in Enactus Morocco, he has worked with more than 100 teams and over 4000 students on solving problems in their entrepreneurial projects and on developing their processes and products. He has also worked as Coordinator for Réseau Entreprendre Maroc. He holds degrees in Network & Telecommunication from ENSA Kenitra and social entrepreneurship from Tomsk State University - Russia. In addition to a professional master's in City Management from ISCAE Casablanca.

Program Manager 

Fatima Zahra is an architect and social entrepreneur.  She has gained valuable experience in social impact work thanks to her 7 years long non-profit experience. In addition to working with many NGOs on a national level such as the Great Debaters Morocco (GDM) and Enactus, she has worked with international organizations such as habitat for Humanity and Foodshare in Hartford, Connecticut, USA. She holds degrees in Architecture from l'Ecole Nationale d'Architecture de Rabat (ENA), a degree in Social entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut, and a professional development degree from the  University for Peace (UPEACE) - UN Mandated in Innovation and social change.

Rabie hanane

Head Coach

Rabie is a football coach certified by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). In addition, Rabie is a physical education and sports teacher. He is a former professional player in Morocco at SCCM, KACM and KAC, and he is also a former coach at SCCM and La Noria Club.

Ahmed echiguer

Coach

Ahmed is a football coach certified by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). Ahmed played professional football both in Morocco and abroad. He is a former player for AL SHAMD Sport Club in Qatar, and in Morocco, he played for USM, IZK, and SCCM. Ahmed is a former coach at Lanoria Club in Mohammedia.

Hicham el Hiani 

Coach

Hicham Hiani is a former player for Chabab al Mohammedia. He also played for the youth Moroccan national team and two other prestigious Moroccan teams – Ittihad al Mohammedia and Al Ittihad Al Badawi. In addition to his career as a player, Hicham is a former trainer at Achbal AL Atlas School and Nadi Chabab Al Mohammedia.

Coach

Abdelkader is a football coach certified by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). He also holds a diploma of honor (4th place) from the University of Daegu Football. Abdelkader is a former coach for l’école des lionceaux de l'atlas mohammedia (CLAM) Junior Team and a former player for SCCM, TAS, MAT, UST, and the Moroccan National University Team (Pekin 2001; Daegu 2003). Abdelkader holds a degree in Literature Option Geography from Mohammedia Hassan II University.

Siham 

Arabic Teacher 

Siham holds a degree in Islamic studies from Chouaib Doukkali University of EL Jadida. She is a certified Mental Calculus trainer and an experienced educational camp manager. Siham has two years of experience in non-formal education.
